Terms of Use
Last updated: July 29, 2026
These terms govern your use of MedicaidInAMinute.com. The short version: the screening is a free preliminary tool, not an application, a determination, or legal advice; your results are only as good as the information you enter; and using the site does not make anyone your lawyer. Please read the whole document — parts of it limit our liability.
1. Agreement to these terms
MedicaidInAMinute.com (the “Site”) is operated by Senior Care Resources LLC (“Senior Care Resources,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site — including the screening questionnaire and the secure portal — you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are part of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Who may use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. The screening is designed for Florida nursing-home Medicaid and is not intended for other states or other benefit programs.
You may use the Site for yourself or on behalf of another person. If you provide another person’s information, you represent that you have the authority or permission to do so, and that you will tell them how their information is being used.
3. What the service is — and what it is not
Medicaid In A Minute is a preliminary screening tool. It takes the information you enter and produces an initial assessment identifying possible financial eligibility concerns to look into before an application is filed.
The screening is not an application for Medicaid, not an official eligibility determination, not a promise or prediction of approval, and not legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. Only the responsible government agency can determine eligibility. See the Disclaimer for the full statement.
4. Your account and sign-in codes
Completing the screening online requires an account tied to your email address. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to that address rather than a password. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure, and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at intake@seniorcareres.com if you believe someone else has gained access.
5. The information you provide
Your results depend entirely on what you enter. Incomplete, approximate, or inaccurate answers will produce an inaccurate screening — for example, entering both spouses’ income under one person changes the picture materially. You agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and to correct it if you learn it was wrong.
We may review, edit for clarity, and follow up on what you submit as part of preparing your assessment. We are not obligated to review or act on any submission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to submit false, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading information
- Submit another person’s information without the authority or permission to do so
- Attempt to access accounts, records, or systems that are not yours
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or probe the Site or its security features, including the anti-bot protection
- Scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically extract content or data from the Site
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of the screening or its analysis
- Reproduce, republish, or resell the Site’s content or the screening as your own service
- Upload malicious code, or files you do not have the right to share
7. Fees and separate services
The screening described on the Site is provided at no charge. Other services are separate and are engaged under their own written agreements:
- Medicaid application preparation and management by Senior Care Resources, under its own service agreement and fees
- Legal services by Zacharia Frey PLLC, under a signed engagement agreement with that firm
Completing the screening does not enroll you in, or obligate you to purchase, any of those services, and it does not obligate us to provide them.
8. Intellectual property
The Site, the screening questions and analysis, the reports it produces, and the text, design, and logos on the Site are owned by Senior Care Resources or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use your own results for your personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing them with your advisors. Everything else is reserved.
You keep ownership of the information and documents you submit. You grant us the right to use, store, and process them as needed to provide the services described here and in the Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party services and links
The Site relies on third-party providers for hosting, email, storage, and document review, and links to websites we do not control, including government agencies and affiliated organizations. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties.
10. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and may update the screening as rules and practices change. We do not guarantee the Site will be available without interruption or error. We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND THE SCREENING ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY RESULT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER SENIOR CARE RESOURCES NOR ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST BENEFITS, LOST SAVINGS, DENIED OR DELAYED ELIGIBILITY, PENALTY PERIODS, OR CARE COSTS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON THE SCREENING, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE OR THE FREE SCREENING WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Senior Care Resources and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these terms, your misuse of the Site, or your submission of another person’s information without authority.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Senior Care Resources agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. General
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
We may revise these terms; the “last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
